Ingredients:
Noodles Boiled - 250 gms
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Maida - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 2 cups
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Bread Crumbs - as required
Oil
Preparation:
Heat butter in a non stick pan .
Add refined flour and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Gradually add milk and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
Add cheese, salt, black pepper powder and stir to mix well to form a white sauce (not paste).
Add the noodles and mix well.
Grease a baking dish. Transfer the mixture into it and spread evenly.
Set aside to cool in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Take it out of the refrigerator.
Take a spoon-full of the mixture, roll it in fresh breadcrumbs and shape it as you wish.
Similarly make other cutlets.
Keep them in the refrigerator for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Heat a pan. Add a little oil and place the cutlets on it. Cook on medium heat till both the sides are evenly golden.
Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot.
