Peas Curry

Ingredients
Frozen Peas - 1 cup
Onions chopped - 2
Tomotoes - 1 big
Masala paste - Grind 1 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp pepper powder,3 green chillies,6 garlic pods,5 shallots or a handful onions,1 tsp aniseed,5 cloves, 5 cardamon, 1/2 cinnamon stick and little water.
Coconut Milk - 1/4 cup
Coriander - To garnish
Salt - To taste
Garam masala - A pinch

Preparation

Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil.To this add chopped onions. Saute well for 2 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes to the onions and saute well for 2 mins.
To this add masala paste and saute well till raw smell goes.
Add the peas and the required water and cover and cook till the peas get cooked .
Add salt and then add the coconut milk and mix well. Wait till the gravy starts to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and a pinch of garam masala
Serve with hot chapati.

Quick Mixed Fruit Wine

Ingredients:
Pineapple ripe - 2kg chopped (that is one big pineapple chopped)
Black Grapes - 1/ 2kg
Sugar for caramalising - 1/2cup
Sugar for wine - 1kg
Cinnamon Powder- 1tbps
Cloves powder- 1tbsp
Ginger grated - 100gms
Lime - 1 (seeds to be removed and cut into 2 halves)
Water - 9 litres

Preparation:
Take a big pot pour 9litres water.  Add all the ingredients except sugar and mix well.
Heat the stove and keep the above mixture till the fruits get mashed well.
Add 1 kg sugar mix well still sugar dissolves.
Stain the wine and place it in a earthern vessel for 3 days.

After 3 days - Take a nonstick pan add 1/2 cup sugar . When sugar starts to turn golden brown add 1/4 cup water and remove from flame.Cool this and add to the wine.

Wine is ready in just 3 days.

Go Bananas

Ingredients
Kerala Banana (Ethapazham) - 4
Sugar - 1- 2tsp
Ghee - 1tsp
Ice Cream - A bowl

Method
Heat a pan with Ghee .
Add the chopped / Sliced banana pieces and mix well.
Add the sugar and cook on low flame till the suagr gets caramalised and coats the banana well.
Transfer the banana into an ice cream bowl .
Top the bananas with a sccop of ice cream.

Note : The banana should be warm when served.

Tasty Protein Cutlet

Soya is also called as meal maker or soy meat. They are available as chunks, flakes, nuggets, grains, and strips and soya flour. Soya chunks have protein content Soya chunks is a versatile substance and can be made as a substitute to meat and poultry products and vegetarians can add it with other vegetables and prepare excellent healthy dishes. Soya Chunks contain 54.2 grams of protein, which exceeds the amount of protein found in meats, eggs, milk and wheat. Soy protein contains all the amino acids needed by the body, and is an excellent replacement for meat-based proteins.So lets start cooking.

Ingredients
1.Soya chunks minced – 1 cup (Boil soya chunks in water with salt till soft. Drain/Squeeze out the water and add the soya in a mixer and mince.)
2.Potato – 1cup (boiled and mashed)
3.Big Onions – 1 chopped
4.Green chillies – 3 chopped
5.Curry leaves –  10- 20 leaves
6.Ginger- garlic paste – 2 tsp
7.Garam Masala- ¼ tsp
8.Egg – 1
9.Bread crumbs- 1 cup
10.Chilli powder – ½ tsp
11.Salt – To taste

Preparation
1.Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions , green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves. Saute well .
2.Add chilli powder and garam masala and salt. Saute well till raw smell goes.
3.Add the minced soya and mashed potato to the above mixture and mix well. Remove from stove.
4.Now shape the above mixture into your desired shapes and dip it into the egg that is beaten and then coat it with bread crumbs and keep aside.
5.Take a pan add oil desired to deep fry the cutlets . Heat the oil and add the cutlets and fry it till golden brown.
6.Serve with Ketchup.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Note  :  Egg can be substituted with Corn flour mixture .
